Full bathroom remodels start at $20,000. Begin with a planning call, then develop the scope through a paid Primary Bath Blueprint. Repair requests follow a separate quoting path.
Tell us your location, goals, approximate budget and timing. We will confirm whether your full bathroom project is a fit. Full bathroom remodels start at $20,000; most full-tile primary bathrooms are $25,000–$45,000 depending on scope and finishes.
The in-home working session covers measurements, layout options, finish selections and a fixed-price quote for the proposed scope. The fee is usually $1,000, fully credited toward your remodel if you move forward. We confirm the fee and what is included before you book.
Review the inclusions, exclusions, selections, payment terms and schedule before construction. Our team coordinates materials for the agreed scope before demolition. We check city permit requirements for the agreed work. When permits are required, OnPoint Pros handles the applications and inspection coordination. We work with licensed master plumbers and licensed electricians.
Your project lead coordinates the approved work and communicates progress. If concealed damage or a requested change affects the plan, review the scope, price and schedule change in writing before that additional work proceeds.
Walk through the completed scope with your project lead, note any remaining items and review care information. Every full-tile bathroom remodel we build includes a 3-year written workmanship warranty. We provide the warranty and manufacturer documentation at project wrap-up; see the coverage and exclusions below.
For repairs, send photos, rough measurements and the full list of areas needing attention. Drywall projects have a $1,000 minimum. Other repair pricing depends on the requested service; we confirm the scope and any visit requirements before booking.

Our tile crews build a connected waterproofing system behind the shower tile and under the shower floor. We select the assembly for your shower and install it according to the system instructions and applicable local requirements.
Before we install shower floor tile, we plug the drain, fill the pan with water and verify that the level does not drop during a 24-hour flood test. We photo-document the test and keep the photographs in your job file.
You are welcome to see the test in person. The waterproofing is installed by our tile crews.
OnPoint Pros works with licensed master plumbers and licensed electricians. During planning, we confirm the plumbing and electrical work included in your bathroom scope.
For projects requiring permits, OnPoint Pros checks your city's requirements, applies for permits under our registration, and coordinates and meets inspectors for the required inspections. Moving plumbing, electrical or structural walls can trigger permit requirements; we check the actual requirements for your project.
Expected permit and inspection fees appear as a separate line item in your fixed-price quote and are included in the total before you sign. If the city changes its fees, we show you the actual amount and adjust only that line.
After your remodel
Every full-tile bathroom remodel we build comes with a 3-year written workmanship warranty. If something fails because of how we installed it during that period, we fix it at our cost.

Materials such as faucets, fixtures, tile, glass and fans carry their own manufacturer warranties. We register and pass those through to you and provide all documentation at project wrap-up.
If there's a product defect, we help you submit the claim and coordinate replacement during the first year. After that, the manufacturer continues coverage under its own terms.
