Use of This Website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Prices, availability and timelines shown here are estimates and are not a binding offer. A binding price exists only in a written estimate or contract signed by both you and OnPoint Pros.

Estimates and Work

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• A written estimate is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the estimate.
• The agreed price changes only if you change the scope of work in writing.
• OnPoint Pros is insured. Licensed trades are used where a license is required, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program description. OnPoint Pros LLC operates a customer service and account notification text messaging program. Messages relate to a project or request you have with us and include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, questions about your scope of work, payment receipts, and a request for a review after the work is complete. We do not send unsolicited promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from OnPoint Pros only when you take one of these actions:

• You submit a request form on onpointprostx.com and check the box agreeing to receive text messages at the number you provide.
• You call or text our business line and ask us to text you, or you begin a text conversation with us.
• You submit a service request to us through a third party marketplace or platform such as Google Local Services, Thumbtack, Nextdoor or Facebook, where you provide your phone number and ask to be contacted.
• You give your phone number verbally to our staff during an on site estimate and agree to receive texts about your project.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your project. Most customers receive between 2 and 10 messages related to an active request or job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. OnPoint Pros does not charge for the messages themselves. Charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts. You may also call us at (469) 617-5235 or email [email protected] to be removed.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (469) 617-5235 or [email protected].

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or contract. Deposits, progress payments and final balances are due as scheduled in that document. Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is not received.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled job by contacting us. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, you are responsible for the cost of materials purchased and work completed to that point.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, OnPoint Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the workmanship covered by a signed contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
